If there is one word to define the PLAT, it would be ‘versatile.’ We have created a top-notch venue & performance space here at Pontiac’s Little Art Theatre just for you. We not only offer a range of different uses and settings, but we work closely with you to make sure you get the package that best meets all of your needs.
Our History
This Grand Lady (Pontiac’s Little Art Theatre a.k.a the “PLAT”) was born in 1868. This three-story building is listed in Pontiac’s historical records as “the TURK building” and categorized as a “GRO” establishment — the local grocery/dry goods store. The business survived 41 years until its last record in 1909.
